What are the types of mobile phone screens and how are they made?

TFT (Thin Film Transistor) screen: This is a common LCD screen. OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) screen: OLED screens are composed of a layer of organic materials that can emit light under the action of an electric current, so there is no need for a background light source.
