Why Does Grading of Pre-owned Devices Matter？

Each device has its own grading scale making it easy for you to decide what is right for your market.We understand prices are driven by your market and we also understand each customer has different needs. That is why we offer a variety of grades for your convenience.

Upon arrival at the SCRCTECH grading facility, all products have to go through an automated device diagnostic check covering functionality, capacity, and condition.

Below are the device grading scales of our products.Details covering each grade will be outlined in the following pages.

Grade A---Like new condition
Grade A devices are in like new condition. However, the device is used and therefore may have slight signs of use on the screen, back cover, or chassis. Devices without any signs of use are graded as "New".

Grade B---Excellent condition
Grade B devices are in excellent condition. However, devices are used and therefore may show very minor signs of use on the screen, back cover, or chassis.

Grade C---Great condition
Grade C devices are in great condition. They will show minor signs of use on the screen, back cover, or chassis.

Grade D---Good condition
Grade D devices are in good condition. However show heavier scratches on the digitizer, back cover, or chassis. Grade D devices will boot up with a good LCD display condition.

Face and touch ID issue
Face ID and touch ID issue devices will boot up with a good LCD display but may have functionality faults. It is a mix of excellent and great conditions.
